Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some commonly asked questions and answers that may help!
Can I pick up my order in Barrie to save on shipping?
Yes of course!
What are your store hours? I work from my home and do not have set hours. Always best to e-mail an order of what you are needing and then make an appointment to come and pick up. I will make every effort to accommodate with timing.
Do you have cages in stock that I could come and pick up? Due to the amount of different styles and lack of space everything is made as needed.
What is the lead time to get cages made? It all depends on the current work load for the week, generally 1 to 1 1/2 weeks but every effort will be made to try and accommodate something that is needed quickly.
I would like to order cages and have them shipped, how does that work? The cheapest way to ship cages would be partially assembled. They would be put together here until the point that they were still flat. You would need to finish assembly when they arrived to you. I provide the j-clips but you would need to have the j-clip pliers. I do sell the j-clip pliers if needed.
Why don't you ship outside of Canada? Due to the very expensive shipping costs to ship product outside of Canada it is not worth the money in the end for the customer. It is not worth our time quoting either knowing the customer will not pay the expensive shipping rates. There are multiple companies in the US selling the same product.
